This session will discuss major privacy developments, such as CA (CCPA/CPRA), VA (Consumer Data Protection Act), Colorado (CPA), the upcoming EU ePrivacy Regulation (Cookie law), the recent Biden Executive Order(s) and other legislation on the horizon. It will present practical lessons of the biggest data breach and privacy lawsuits, including the Schrems II ruling and consequent EU member states enforcement decisions, as well as pragmatic solutions to comply with these laws.
