Abstract
This session will discuss the 7 top skills that are needed for those interested in elevating into the role of first-time CISO. By the end of the session, attendees will have increased awareness of what it means to be a CISO, the leadership traits required. Session will review real life examples (including Mudge and Joe Sullivan) supporting these 7 top skills, so all know how to start to develop them.
