This session will provide an overview of the SWIFT Customer Security Program (CSP) standards framework and the progress made in reducing large scale institutional payments fraud since the Bank of Bangladesh cyber heist in 2016. Panelists will share how CSP has raised the level of ‘cyber hygiene’ for the global payments ecosystem and discuss the Program’s effectiveness and longer-term evolution.
