Abstract
Cybersecurity teams have suffered a talent gap for years and it continues to grow. The tug-of-war among companies as we poach one another’s people is not sustainable. It’s time to reframe the talent gap as an experience gap and find new ways to augment the people pipeline. This session will talk about unconventional strategies and programs that have successfully been used to grow the cyber ranks.
