The first 90 days of a CISO's tenure are tough. Even tougher for an incoming CISO who also happens to be the first Security Leader of the organization with little available information or insight. This session will demonstrate how to build an internal security function from scratch and demonstrate the common pitfalls along the way.

The year’s event attracted over 26,000 attendees, including 600+ speakers, 400+ exhibitors, and over 400 members of the media.
