The community has been working on releasing a stable v2 API for the Horizontal Pod Auto Scaler, which has now been merged. The previous versions, v2 beta1 and v2 beta2, are being deprecated. The serialization format has not changed, but there have been changes to the programmatic API interface. The Cluster Auto Scaler has added gRPC extensions, including the gRPC expander. The Vertical Pod Auto Scaler has undergone changes. The community encourages involvement, including bug reports, pull requests, and feedback on documentation and testing.
