We are very familiar with the power of recommendation engines in eCommerce. The most dominant eCommerce companies in the world attribute much of their overall revenue to upselling and cross-selling powered by those recommendations. However, other AI use cases in personalization, logistics, and analytics are also transforming other parts of the eCommerce experience. In this panel, we will discuss the current state of AI in eCommerce.
